Terms 2021-2022

$1,500 order Minimum – Orders less than $1,500 will incur a surcharge of $75.00.
Delivery: $1,500 order min – $5,000 order max
Factory Pick up: $750 order min (palletized) – $5,000 order max

The demand for US made pottery increased significantly during the last 2 seasons. If demand continues at the same rate, your order(s) may need to be split and shipped in segments. We will work closely with you or your Burley sales rep, if the need arises.

Multiple Maximum orders will be accepted with different shipping dates. The first order placed will be given priority in terms of ship date. The ship dates of additional orders will be based on availability and will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Terms:
30 Day terms – $1,500+ orders – No discount
Credit Card/PIA – $1,500+ Orders – 4% discount

Terra Cotta Majority Orders:
For orders mainly consisting of terra cotta, we cannot guarantee ship date. The Terra Cotta, Gray Marble, and Granit pottery that is shown in our catalog is not manufactured by us, therefore, we cannot control when we will receive these products.

Freight and Delivery:
Orders are palletized and shipped via common carrier, FOB, Roseville, Ohio. Burley will arrange and schedule freight unless a pickup appointment is made. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Please note that special services such as Lift Gate requirements, Notification of delivery, Inside Delivery, Reconsignment of Delivery, Redelivery and Residential Delivery are subject to additional charges from the freight carrier.

Claims:
All shipments are inspected prior to leaving our docks. If, however, you should discover any shortages, please contact or Customer Service Department within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. Any claim for shortage falling outside this 7-working day period will be invalid.

Contact Burley’s Customer Service Department to report damage or suspected damage within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Write on the bill of lading all damage that is seen and/or “concealed damage suspected”. All claims must be submitted via email, have item numbers noted for damaged products, and photos of damage.

Restocking:
Notice of order cancellation is required in writing prior to its return. Any unauthorized return or refusal of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable return freight charges.

Product Variations:
Our products are handcrafted from natural materials and unique glazes; thus, they are subject to slight variations in color and texture that enhances their natural beauty. In no way do these variations compromise the products structural integrity.
