This will mostly apply to our wholesale customers.
This year we have had to make time to clean and organize production as it was set up to work with a larger team of jiggerman and spraymen. We are down to just a few people and adjustments have been made to make things easier on the smaller team. In the process of this, we have found several usable molds from vintage styles or design samples that never made it into the official production line in years past.
Those items posted online that are "made to order" especially from those special molds were only put online to add variety and keep it to small batch runs for retail customers. Some of the designs we only have a single mold or 2 to use and making a large amount would not be possible, others like the Garden Bee or Dragonfly we could get more made at time as those were in the production line and we still have a large amount of molds available.
As wholesale customers, if you would still like to get access to those one of a kind designs, we can of course add those to your order but please keep in mind, this will absolutely add more time to your shipment date. For example, the Strawberry Patch design - we have a single mold - the mold can be filled once a day so if you wanted 4 or 5 sets, it would take a whole week just to get those made for you.
For retail customers - if you see something in the digital catalog online that is not posted online as an option for you to purchase, please reach out to us via chat, email, or phone to inquire about placing an order. Newer items that have been brought into production are kept offline for a year before we allow general ordering of the design. This does not mean you can't get it early, it just means that you will have to reach out to us to start an order.
