Shipping policy
We are the manufacturer of all the pottery offered on our site. Your order will ship within 2 – 4 business days, if your item is in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will need a little extra time to make the item for you. We will do our best to have all orders shipped within 2 to 4 weeks, but please be aware that in the process of making pottery different issues could arise throughout the process to delay any or all orders for a time. For detailed information about delays please see our FAQ page. Please note, we do not ship on weekends, that is when we are out digging clay to make more pottery.
Our customers are our top priority and we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about this order, please do not hesitate to contact us through one of our various online sources (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Contact form on burleyclay.com) Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a follow up email displaying the tracking number and a link to the tracking venue.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our statements for Returns & Exchanges under our Policy information.
Birdbath sets will ship in two boxes and may not arrive together at the same time. Both Boxes are always shipped at the same time however, and may not make it onto the final delivery truck together which could result in deliveries on different days by the carrier.
