Refund policy

Returns
We do not have a return policy. Due to the fragile nature of our products there is no guarantee that we will receive the item back undamaged. Even refusal upon delivery can result in smashed products arriving back at the factory. We fully understand that not being able to return items can be difficult on customers, however, if you have any questions about a product you are interested in, please reach out to us directly. We are more than happy to send in person images of products to help put your mind at ease when purchasing.
If you are looking for replacement birdbath top for a pedestal that is not made by us or is from an old line of Burley made products please be aware that not all of our tops will fit on other pedestals and colors/styles change throughout the years and may no longer be available. Please contact us before purchasing (or before shipping) if you need help color matching a top for your existing pedestal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Give us a call at (740) 697-0221 or email us at contact@burleyclay.com. Please take and send us photos of the damaged items so we can submit claims to the carrier. Once we have heard from you about your damaged item, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, this is the same as Returns and we can not accommodate exchanges. We try to supply our customers with realistic product expectations, sizes, weights, etc. so our customers can feel secure when purchasing online. If you have any questions about a product before you buy, please contact us directly so we can help.

Refunds
Any refunds requested and approved, will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
